Cancellation Policy

At Halo Labs Wellness LLC, we process orders quickly to ensure your supplements reach you as fast as possible. Because of our rapid fulfillment process, there is a limited window to cancel an order.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 10 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order has likely been processed by our warehouse and prepared for shipment, and we can no longer stop the delivery.

3. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been picked up by the carrier or shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may still return the unopened product once it arrives. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to start a return.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately. Please note that it may take [e.g., 3-5 business days] for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel or modify it at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
